Selain beraksi di lapangan tenis, Sharapova juga menjadi model sejumlah ambassador sejumlah brand ternama di dunia. Belum lama ini, petenis rangking dua dunia itu memasarkan produk permen premium “Sugarpova”.
Sharapova juga mengomentari rivalitasnya dengan Serena Williams. Sepanjang sejarah keduanya sudah bertemu 12 kali namun Sharapova hanya bisa menang dua kali saja melawan ratu tenis Amerika Serikat itu.
“Selalu bagus memiliki rival-rival hebat. Itu membuat kompetisi semakin baik,” ujar dia singkat.
