Menurut Agus, pemeriksaan yang dilakukan penyidik kepada Fanny kemarin belum rampung. Rencananya penyidik akan kembali meminta keterangan Fanny terkait laporannya kemarin.
“Tapi yang bersangkutan tidak hadir mungkin di lain waktu,” jelas Agus.
Fany melaporkan sejumlah tudingan terhadap Aceng Fikri, ke Mabes Polri, kemarin. Laporan mulai dari pidana penipuan, penghalang perkawinan, fitnah hingga perbuatan tidak menyenangkan.
Aceng disangkakan melanggar pasal 280 tentang penghalang pernikahan, Dimana saat menikahi Fany, Aceng dengan sengaja tidak memberitahu bahwa dirinya telah menikah.
Pasal 378 mengenai adalah tindak pidana penipuan karena ada janji-janji yang tak terpenuhi. Bahwa waktu akan melakukan pernikahan, dia menganggap sudah sebagai duda, tapi ternyata masih mempunyai istri.
Sedangkan pasal 310 KUHP tentang fitnah atau pencemaran nama baik, karena banyak pernyataan-pernyataan Aceng di media massa yang menurut Fany, sarat dengan fitnah.
Terakhir, pasal 335 KUHP tentang perbuatan tidak menyenangkan.
