Jakarta – Ketua Komisi Yudisial (KY) Eman Suparman menyatakan mendapat laporan masyarakat mengenai indikasi suap majelis hakim yang memutus Peninjauan Kembali (PK). Namun KY tidak membeberkan nama pelapor tersebut.
“Pada 20 November 2012 kami menerima laporan dari seorang pelapor,” kata Eman kepada wartawan di Gedung KY, Jalan Kramat Raya, Jakarta, Selasa (4/11/2012). Sayangnya KY tidak menyebutkan identitas pelapor tersebut.
Dalam laporannya tersebut pihak pelapor mengaku mengetahui penyerahan sejumlah uang dalam bentuk mata uang asing untuk PK Misbakhun. “Laporannya memang menarik karena dia tahu betul dan ini perlu kami buktikan,” katanya.
Laporan tersebut saat ini sedang ditindaklanjuti oleh Komisioner KY, Suparman Marzuki.
“Ini segera dibawa ke Panel. Nanti Panel itu yang memeriksa pelapornya. Kami juga akan klarifikasi berbagai pihak yang mungkin menjadi saksi atau menyerahkan alat-alat bukti,” ujarnya.
Atas informasi yang beredar di masyarakat, hakim agung Mansur Kertayasa yang selalu disebut-sebut menerima uang tersebut merasa terpukul dan terluka hatinya.
“Ini sangat melukai saya. Pemberitaan di media tidak benar. Dan bagi saya, ini pembunuhan karakter bagi saya. Saya tidak kenal dan tidak pernah berbicara atau apa pun orang yang namanya Misbakhun, pengacaranya, atau orang-orang yang disebut di situ, Sofyan Arsyad,” kata Mansur yang kini telah pensiun.
