Bogor, – Jajaran aparat Reskrim Polsek Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor berhasil meringkus seorang ibu yang menggelapkan 58 unit mobil. Penangkapan terhadap pelaku dilakukan berdasarkan pengaduan dari masyarakat.
“Saat ini kita masih mencari suami tersangka yang diduga terlibat kasus ini,” kata Kapolsek Babakan Madang, AKP Lugito pada detikcom, Senin (2/7/2012).
Tersangka diketahui bernama Nina Adriyani (32). Modus yang dilakukan pelaku adalah dengan membujuk calon korbannya yang hendak menyewa mobil agar menggunakan jasanya. Pelaku lalu menggunakan jasa rental rekannya untuk menyediakan mobil tersebut. Setelah jangka waktu pinjaman habis, pelaku lalu menggadaikan mobil tersebut ke orang lain.
Sebanyak 58 korban telah ditipu oleh pelaku yang merupakan warga Kampung Pisang, Desa Karadenan, Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Pelaku juga tercatat sebagai direktur CV Amanah Sejati.
Tersangka biasanya menggadaikan mobil sebesar Rp 20-35 juta rupiah. Tersangka ditangkap oleh Reskrim Polsek Babakan Madang setelah aparat memancingnya.
Dari hasil penangkapan tersebut, petugas berhasil mengamankan barang bukti sebanyak 14 unit mobil hasil penipuan. Pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 372 dan 378 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara.
