Bogor – Randy Aditya Maramis salah satu personel grup band Zigas mendapat luka lebam di bibirnya. Randy dipukul rekannya saat mereka sedang bersama-sama nongkrong di Taman Kencana, Sempur, Bogor.
Peristiwa pemukulan itu terjadi pada Selasa (4/12/2012) dini hari. Saat itu, Randy dengan Fadil temannya, sedang nongkrong di trotoar menunggu Haerul rekannya yang lain yang hendak membeli gitar.
Randy ingin melakukan transaksi jual beli gitar. Namun entah bagaimana, terjadi perselisihan. Diduga Haerul berada dalam pengaruh alkohol. Haerul ketika itu datang bersama 4 orangnya sempat mengajak duel, namun Randi membiarkannya. Tiba-tiba Randy langsung dipukul oleh Haerul.
Ketika mendapatkan pukulan, Randy tidak melakukan perlawanan dan melaporkan insiden itu ke Polsek Bogor Tengah. “Mereka memukul dan langsung meninggalkan korban di lokasi,” kata Kapolsek Bogor Kota AKP Victor Gatot ketika dihubungi.
Victor menuturkan, saat ini pihaknya sudah mendamaikan kedua pihak yang bertikai. Sebelumnya, Randy memang melaporkan insiden itu ke Mapolsek Bogor Tengah. Pihaknya sendiri sudah memanggil tersangka dan melakukan pemeriksaan.
Dari hasil BAP, tersangka mengaku memukul Randy sebanyak 2 kali di bagian wajah. Pihak Polsek Bogor Tengah juga menyita barang bukti berupa 3 botol minuman keras yang diminum pelaku bersama temannya. ”
Saat ini mereka sudah berdamai, mengingat mereka adalah teman, jadi kita mediasi untuk berdamai,” jelas Victor.
Sebelum dilakukan mediasi damai, pelaku akan dijerat pasal 351 KUHP tentang penganiayaan. Namun karena ada niatan dari pelaku untuk berdamai, akhirnya kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk berdamai.
