Pantauan detikcom pukul 19.30 WIB, Selasa (4/12/2012) di Halte Harmoni, Jakarta Pusat, antrean penumpang yang menuju Pulogadung memang cukup panjang. Mereka mengular hingga sepanjang 20 meter.
“Huuuuuuuu,” teriak puluhan penumpang yang berada di antrean paling depan.
Adi, penumpang jalur Pulogadung tersebut mengatakan, sudah lebih dari satu jam menunggu bus. Namun tak ada yang datang.
“Kacau nih, lihat antrean sudah panjang gini,” tutur Adi.
Sebagian penumpang lain ada yang menggedor pintu sambil meminta bus tambahan ke petugas yang berjaga. Namun sang petugas tak bisa berbuat apa-apa.
“Emang gampang minta penarikan bus. Sabar dong Pak,” ucap petugas berompi merah bertuliskan TransJakarta tersebut.
Sementara antrean penumpang di jurusan lain relatif pendek. Mereka juga lebih sabar menanti bus.
Belum jelas apa penyebab keterlambatan bus TransJakarta jurusan ke Pulogadung terlambat.
